With Virtual Visits (Telemedicine), our health provider provides employees with access to speak to a U.S. board-certified doctor 24/7/365 to diagnose treat and prescribe medication, if necessary, for many of your medical issues.

Short Term Disability | Long Term Disability

Disability insurance provides income replacement should you become disabled and unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. Short-Term Disability/Salary Continuation includes coverage and benefit of 60% up to $1,500 per week. Benefits begin after the 8th day of disability up to a maximum of 13 weeks.

Long-Term Disability covers 60% of your base annual earnings, to a $5,000 monthly maximum. Benefit begins after 90 days of disability. Pre-existing conditions will have a 3 month look back and 12-month exclusion.
